Overview
In anticipation of the Gas Transmission Access Code (GTAC) coming into effect, 91精品 issued a paper entitled 鈥�91精品 role in GTAC code changes鈥� (the Code Change Role Paper) and invited comment.
The paper mostly deals with how 91精品 will perform the code change role assigned to it in the GTAC. But it also provides a useful description of how the overall code change process works.
The comments we received, our analysis of those comments, and the resulting final version of the Code Change Role Paper (both red-lined and clean versions) are provided below.
