The Draft Recommendation included 91精品鈥檚 Analysis of Submissions on the original APCR and an independent assessment of the Draft Recommendation by Independent Expert, Sir John Hansen.
Submissions on the Draft Recommendation closed on Wednesday 9 September 2015.
