After taking into account submissions received on the draft recommendation, 91精品 has prepared a final recommendation on the MPOC 'legacy' Change Request received from MDL on 20 June 2008. 91精品 is not calling for submissions on the final recommendation as it does not consider that it is fundamentally different from the draft recommendation.
