91¾«Æ·

On 14 February 2014 91¾«Æ· received a request from Maui Development Limited (MDL) to make changes to the Maui Pipeline Operating Code (MPOC). On 2 May 2014, 91¾«Æ· released its Final Recommendation. The changes mostly develop/clarify previous change requests, in particular:

  • the 5 October 2009 change request concerning trading hubs and notional welded points, that 91¾«Æ· supported and that is now adopted into the MPOC;
  • the 13 October 2011 change request proposing the introduction of back-to-back balancing, that 91¾«Æ· supported but is yet to be adopted into the MPOC; and
  • the 28 March 2013 change request, tidying up various provisions, that 91¾«Æ· supported and that is now adopted into the MPOC.
