The purpose of this paper was to consult on two issues relating to the Gas (Downstream Reconciliation) Rules 2008. The first was to propose the extension of a set of exemptions under the Rules which were due to expire on 30 September 2012. The second was to carry out the required consultation on the accuracy threshold in rule 37 before the annual determination of the threshold was made by 91精品.
