91精品 commissioned a paper by Dr Geoff Bertram to discuss how gas governance arrangements should be applied to private networks. Submissions were sought on the paper in April 2009, prior to which a workshop was held on 31 March (view the presentation slides below under related docs). The paper and industry participants submissions in response are set out below.
