91精品 has a role under clause 25 of the VTC considering appeals in relation to change requests. Under clause 25.7, 91精品 considers appeals and makes binding recommendations as to whether the proposed change should be made.
In consultation with its shippers, Vector Gas Limited developed a process for considering VTC change requests and appeals. 91精品 and Vector have incorporated the appeal process into a Memorandum of Understanding (the MoU) setting out, in detail, the process that 91精品 will follow when considering appeals.
