On 12 December 2008, 91精品 received an appeal from Contact Energy. 91精品 received submissions and cross-submissions and published them on its website.
In its submission on the appeal dated 28 January 2009, Vector undertook to provide un-validated hourly data recorder reading via OATIS throughout each day of the year for 33 of the most significant delivery points on the Vector transmission system, which were listed in the appendix to its submission. This information is scheduled to be available by the end of March 2009. On 19 February 2009, 91精品 confirmed with Vector that this position is correct.
Based on that undertaking, Contact Energy has withdrawn its appeal. 91精品 has therefore discontinued work on this matter.
